Banking Lawyer – Mid to Senior Level
 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking Lawyer to join a growing finance team. Working closely with a Partner and supported by junior lawyers, this role offers exposure to a wide range of finance transactions and a clear path for career progression.

The Role

The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base including institutional lenders, private equity funds, and corporate borrowers. Work will cover a variety of financing matters, such as:

• Corporate and leveraged finance transactions

• Asset-based lending (including invoice discounting)

• Real estate and development finance

• Assisting the corporate team on finance elements of M&A and other transactions

You will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, develop client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

About You

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with:

• Previous experience in banking and finance law, ideally gained at a medium or large firm.

• A strong technical understanding of finance transactions.

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

• A commercial approach and ability to build strong client relationships.

• Ambition to progress within a supportive but growing practice.
