Our client, a reputable and supportive law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Clinical Negligence Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 2 years experience of working within a clinical negligence department who is looking to develop within a collaborative and people-focused environment.
What you’ll do:

• Manage and progress your own medical negligence caseload
• Handle client enquiries, gather evidence and prepare key legal documents
• Conduct legal research, liaise with experts/Counsel and attend conferences
• Provide high-quality advice and maintain excellent client care

• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Empathy, professionalism and a proactive mindset
• Solid understanding of clinical negligence processes
