A highly regarded and well‑established firm are currently looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities;

• Running your own clinical negligence caseload.
• Supporting and guiding junior team members.
• Contributing to proactive, commercial case management across the department.
• Helping the Team Leader/Head of Department achieve financial and performance KPIs.
• Maintaining effective and accurate time recording.

What they’re looking for

• Clinical Negligence solicitors or Legal Executives on all levels
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Strong drafting and communication abilities.
• Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, Proclaim, and Excel.
• High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to coach and support junior team members.
• Flexible, proactive, and committed to achieving results.
• Excellent client care skills.
