Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A well-established specialist practice is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing team.

Remote working – This role is primarily remote, with the expectation of attending the office just two days per month to collaborate, connect, and engage with colleagues.

You’ll manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to resolution, working proactively and commercially while delivering exceptional client care. You’ll also collaborate with a highly experienced team and support junior colleagues where required.

About you:
 

• 5+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) in Clinical Negligence
• Strong litigation and settlement experience
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client care skills
• Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
