Overview:
An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from start to finish, working closely with clients, medical experts, and counsel to secure the best possible outcomes. There may also be opportunities to assist with complex group actions and high-profile cases alongside senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of medical negligence claims independently.
• Liaise with clients, experts, and counsel throughout the claims process.
• Analyse medical evidence and prepare cases in line with the Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Maintain accurate records using case management software (ideally Proclaim).

Requirements:

• Previous experience handling medical negligence claims.
• Strong understanding of the Pre-Action Protocol for Clinical Disputes and the CPR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate and client-focused approach.
• Membership of AvMA, Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel, or APIL (advantageous).
