The Role

You will handle a varied and rewarding caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)

• Transfers of equity and re-mortgages

• New build and shared ownership transactions

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression

• Using modern case management systems to maintain accurate, efficient workflows

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own files while being fully supported by experienced colleagues and administrative staff.
 

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX professional with at least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing

• Has a strong client-service ethic and excellent communication skills

• Enjoys working in a busy, friendly team environment

• Is confident managing a full caseload independently but knows when to collaborate

• Embraces technology and process improvements to deliver efficient, high-quality service
