Our client, a highly respected and long‑established law firm, is seeking an experienced Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson to join their well‑established Costs Team.

The successful candidate will handle a diverse workload that will include:

• Preparing Bills of Costs, Costs Budgets and Replies to Points of Dispute
• Drafting documentation for Detailed Assessment Hearings
• Negotiating costs settlements
• Providing costs guidance to fee earners across the firm

What They’re Looking For;

• Previous experience as a Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsperson
• Strong working knowledge of the CPR and relevant case law
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy levels
• Experience using CostsMaster and the ability to prepare detailed Bills of Costs
