We’re currently working with a well-known, award-winning firm that’s continuing to grow and is now looking to add an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ experience in Court of Protection or Private Client work who enjoys making a real difference to vulnerable clients’ lives.

The Role

• Managing your own Court of Protection caseload, with support available when needed

• Assisting with more complex matters alongside senior colleagues

• Supporting clients with ongoing day-to-day decisions

• Handling a mix of routine and more challenging cases

• Liaising with clients, families, deputies, and support networks

• Preparing and submitting applications and key documentation

About You

• Experience managing ongoing client matters within Court of Protection

• Exposure to complex or disputed issues

• Confident drafting documentation and working with counsel

• Good understanding of funding routes and support structures

• A strong awareness of the challenges faced by vulnerable clients

• Around 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
