A leading, highly respected law firm in the heart of Liverpool City Centre is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join at Director level as Head of Private Client. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of the private client division of a well-established practice that is celebrated for its client service, expertise, and collaborative culture.

The role is perfect for a qualified solicitor with a solid background dealing with private client matters including wills, probate, tax and trusts, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney etc. While having your own client following is a bonus, it’s not essential – the firm values someone who can build and nurture relationships and help grow the department.

As Head of Private Client, you’ll grow a talented team around you, shaping the service offering, and have real autonomy to make an impact. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

• Advise clients on wills, probate, tax and trusts, estate planning, and lasting powers of attorney etc.

• Handle complex and high-value cases, guiding clients through challenging legal and personal matters.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, while contributing to the growth of the practice.

• Drive business development and networking initiatives, positioning the team as one of the leading private client practices in the region.

• Collaborate across the firm to provide integrated legal solutions and support wider strategic objectives.
