About the Role

You will handle a varied caseload including:

Divorce and financial remedy disputes
Civil partnership matters
Rights of unmarried and cohabiting couples

Key Responsibilities

Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
Supporting marketing and networking initiatives with local referral agencies
Participating in external advice sessions for community organisations

What They're Looking For

NQ to 5 years experience in Family Law, including running your own caseload
Strong advocacy skills
A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to client drop-in sessions and community advice programs
