An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence solicitor to lead a growing department in Newcastle.

This senior role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, lead a high-performing team and oversee complex, high-value clinical negligence work. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive performance and support the continued growth of the firm.
 

The Role

  • Lead and develop the Clinical Negligence Department

  • Set and deliver the department’s strategic vision

  • Manage day-to-day operations and team performance

  • Support, mentor and develop team members

  • Oversee financial performance and profitability

  • Act as lead solicitor on complex, high-value cases

  • Ensure delivery against agreed KPIs

About You

  • Extensive experience in clinical negligence

  • Proven leadership and people management skills

  • Strong track record with complex, high-value claims

  • Commercially aware and performance driven
