Immigration Solicitor
Our client, a well-established legal practice, is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join their growing team. The role offers the chance to manage a varied and complex caseload across private and corporate immigration matters, providing high-quality advice and representation.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full immigration caseload from instruction to completion.

Advise on Skilled Worker visas, Sponsor Licence applications, family and private life applications, EU Settlement Scheme matters, student and visitor routes, British citizenship, ILR, and human rights/asylum claims.

Prepare and submit visa applications, appeals, administrative reviews, and supporting documentation.

Draft detailed legal submissions, representations, and witness statements.

Liaise with the Home Office, courts, tribunals, and external counsel.

Maintain compliance with SRA standards and internal processes.

Contribute to team objectives and departmental targets.
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Immigration Caseworker.

Minimum 1–3 years PQE (or relevant experience) in immigration law.

Appeals experience essential.

Strong knowledge of UK Immigration Rules and legislation.

Excellent client care, drafting, and advocacy skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
