Marketing & Business Development Manager

A well-established professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead its growing team and support the firm’s strategic goals. This position offers the chance to shape marketing activity, influence business development initiatives, and work closely with senior leaders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead and support a small BD & marketing team
• Deliver marketing activity across digital, events, PR and campaigns
• Work with senior stakeholders on BD initiatives and pitches
• Manage budgets, suppliers and key projects
• Use client insights to improve service and strengthen relationships

About You
 

• Marketing degree or CIM Level 6
• 5+ years’ experience in professional services marketing
• Confident team leader with strong project management skills
• Excellent communicator, organised and proactive
