Military Solicitor
A leading national law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Associate/Solicitor to join its expanding team specialising in Military Personal Injury cases. This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly specialised area of Personal Injury law, supporting members of the Armed Forces and veterans who have suffered serious injuries or illnesses.
Required Skills – Proven experience with complex, high-value personal injury claims (claimant side)
The role involves working with a dedicated team that not only pursues compensation on behalf of clients but also ensures access to tailored rehabilitation and long-term support.
- The caseload includes high-value and complex matters, ranging from on- and off-duty injuries to Service Inquiries and Coroners Inquests.
- The Associate will assist with existing matters while also developing and managing their own files over time.
Candidate Requirements
The firm is looking for an individual with demonstrable experience in serious claimant personal injury cases. While prior exposure to military claims or inquests is desirable, it is not essential. More importantly, the candidate should show a genuine passion for supporting those affected by life-changing injuries.
Location – Flexible – Hybrid working
Salary – DOE / PQE
