Military Solicitor

A leading team is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer to manage military personal injury claims. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional to work on high-profile cases supporting service personnel and veterans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of military personal injury matters with limited supervision.

• Handle cases from initial client instructions through to completion and archiving.

• Prepare, review, and organise all necessary documentation.

• Ensure accurate billing and collection of monies due.

• Provide professional, empathetic client care and respond to enquiries.

• Help develop business connections and maintain strong client relationships.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years PQE, preferably with military personal injury experience.

• Knowledge of litigation in County Courts, High Court, and Tribunal Services.

• Familiarity with AFCS, Armed Forces Pension Schemes, and Service Complaints System.

• Experience handling complex, high-value claims for service personnel or veterans.
