Our client, a well‑established law firm based in Liverpool City Centre are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters.
Key Responsibilities;
Handle a varied caseload of Fast Track RTA, EL, PL, OL and ID matters (litigated and non‑litigated)
Independently running cases from instruction through to settlement and costs.
Process new claims, including those submitted through the MOJ Portal
Drafting statements, legal documents & instructions to experts/Counsel
Value damages, negotiate settlements & handle applications
Attend court, both with and without Counsel
