An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join a growing Private Client team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload covering Wills, Trusts, Probate and related matters

Advise clients on probate, will drafting, tax planning, estate administration and powers of attorney

Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering empathetic and exceptional client care

Engage in regular networking to support business development and attract new clients

Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, medical experts and other third parties

About You

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Lawyer, NQ – 5 years PQE

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
Outstanding client‑care skills with the ability to show empathy and build rapport
