A highly respected law firm are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Solicitor for their established Wills, Trusts & Probate team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a  Private Client specialist seeking a leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.

The successful candidate will join the firm’s Private Client department in Chester office, taking on a diverse and stimulating caseload across key areas including:

• Wills and probate
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate administration
• Tax planning
• Court of Protection work

In addition to handling complex matters, you will provide strong supervisory support, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the continued development and success of the department.

What They’re Looking for

• 5 years’ PQE+ within Private Client law
• Expertise in trusts, tax, and estate planning
• Proven experience leading and developing teams
• A collaborative and motivational leadership style
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service
• The vision and drive to influence positive outcomes within the team and wider department
