Our client, a respected and long‑established law firm with offices across Merseyside, is seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team in their Southport office.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a reputable and people‑focused organisation known for delivering high-quality legal services and making a genuine positive impact within the communities it serves.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed caseload of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, Tax Planning, and LPAs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, showing empathy and sensitivity at all times
• Actively participate in networking and business development to attract new clients
• Work closely with colleagues, fee earners and management to support wider team objectives
• Liaise with clients, families, carers, medical professionals, case managers, and other third parties

About You

• Newly Qualified to 5 years’ PQE in Private Client work
• Strong organisational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
• Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Demonstrates outstanding client care skills with the ability to show empathy
• Comfortable working towards targets and managing a busy caseload
