Regulatory Solicitor

Senior Solicitor | Regulatory & Criminal Defence | 6+ PQE | Hybrid | Competitive Package

We’re recruiting a Senior Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join a busy and growing Regulatory & Corporate Crime team, where you’ll have the chance to work with an impressive client base including well-known names across the retail, transport, and logistics sectors.

This is a newly created role following significant growth in instructions, offering genuine variety, autonomy, and career progression.

The work is diverse and high-profile, covering areas such as:

• Health, safety & environmental law

• Product, food & consumer law

• Transport law

• Financial crime / supply chain matters

• General / corporate crime & defence

You’ll handle everything from advisory work to major investigations, enforcement and prosecutions—with exposure to CPS/HSE investigations, Crown Court and Coroner’s Court work, and cutting-edge regulatory issues in ESG, consumer and product law.

About you:

• 6+ PQE, with experience in at least two of the above specialist areas

• Confident handling criminal/regulatory matters including PACE interviews, inquests, and court hearings

• Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture

• Strong client-handling and business development skills, with an interest in mentoring junior colleagues
