Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding team in their South Manchester offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancing professional with a minimum of 3 years experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion, with the support of a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant.

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files independently
• Handle a wide range of matters including:
  • Shared ownership
  • New build purchases
  • Transfer of equity
  • Adverse possession
  • Transfer of part
  • Remortgages
• Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients, developers, other solicitors and third parties
• Ensure high standards of service and compliance throughout each transaction

About You;

• Minimum 3 years’ experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong understanding of conveyancing processes, procedures and legislation
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
