Residential Conveyancer

A well-established law firm is recruiting an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer / Conveyancing Executive to join its busy property team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer looking to manage a high-quality residential caseload with a good level of autonomy.

You will handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, from instruction through to post-completion. The role would suit someone comfortable working with minimal supervision who takes pride in delivering a first-class client experience.
