A leading national law practice is expanding its Civil Liberties team and is looking to recruit a number of solicitors and fee earners. These roles offer the chance to work on complex, high-profile civil cases while contributing to meaningful outcomes for clients.

The Roles

• Fee Earners/Solicitors (Grade B+): Manage your own caseload and work on complex claims.

• Assistant Fee Earner (Grade C+): Support senior team members on high-impact cases.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Litigation Executive

• Experience in quantification of loss (e.g., serious injury, clinical negligence, industrial disease, or civil liberties)

• Strong drafting and analytical skills

• Exceptional client care, particularly when supporting vulnerable clients

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Nice to have: litigation experience or prior civil liberties work
